You will receive hands-on training across store operations, with the goal of promotion to management within the first 6–12 months depending on performance and openings.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours per week) with overtime included.
• No prior experience required.

• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to customer inquiries or complaints.
