Job summary

84 Lumber is hiring a Manager Trainee for a full-time, entry-level role designed to train you for leadership within store operations. You will be exposed to all aspects of store tasks and have opportunities for advancement based on performance and availability.

Within 6–12 months, performance can lead to promotion; many trainees progress to general manager roles within a few years. Willingness to relocate for a management position is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No experience required; structured training provided.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems
• Microsoft Office Suite responsibilities
• Interpreting and analyzing financial reports
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists
• Responding to customer inquiries or complaints
