ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead store operations and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee daily activities such as stocking, merchandising, customer service, and maintaining store standards while learning to run a store from the front.

The program offers industry-leading training and growth opportunities. You will work full-time, averaging around 45 hours per week, with a starting wage of $31.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to interview candidates and build a bench of talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve KPIs.
• Plan and execute action plans to improve operating results.
• Interview candidates and recommend to district manager.
• Schedule weekly rosters and manage expenses to minimize losses.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and customer guidelines.
