• Ability to learn IBM cash register functions and generate reports.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Familiarity with store security policies and cash control procedures.
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to varying situations and address issues promptly.
• Spanish language ability may be preferred at some locations.
