Buckle in Orange Park Mall is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader for a part-time, on-site role in Orange Park, FL. The position supports store management with sales, merchandising, and daily operations to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will greet guests, guide product selection, lead by example, train Teammates, and manage shifts, visuals, and compliance with Buckle standards.

Qualifications
