Buckle at The Avenues Mall in Jacksonville, FL is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader. The role blends sales, merchandising and operations to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team, recruit teammates, and drive in-store performance.

You will greet Guests, showcase product knowledge, manage daily tasks, and lead by example with a high level of customer service while maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise; assist in locating items.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests and Team.
• Lead by example with showmanship and a high level of customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store.
• Participate in recruiting, training and development of new Teammates.
