Lidl US is seeking a Store Manager in Bethesda, MD to lead daily store operations and a team of 15–60 staff. You will drive customer service, manage KPIs, and recruit and coach employees to execute Lidl’s high-efficiency shopping experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to manage cash and stock, and ensuring a safe, compliant work environment. A strong track record in retail management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of management experience.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet store targets and uphold company standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage the performance and well-being of the store and all its team members, totaling between 15 and 60 employees, based on store volume.
• Ensure and provide excellent customer service throughout the store and be the lead point of contact for all customer needs.
• Monitor and drive continuous improvement of store KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and develop your team.
• Provide hands-on support for operational tasks, including cash management, working stock, cleaning, and other essential store functions.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and productive working environment for all store employees based on company and legal policies and procedures.
