Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Ohio’s Great Lakes region is seeking a Store Manager for the Tallmadge Rd area in Cuyahoga Falls. The role requires leadership to recruit, train and supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store standards.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and safety procedures to drive store performance. The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze reports and improve merchandising.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for CSR and ASM duties.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory, cash control, notices.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff to maximize customer service and maintain store image.
• Maintain a clean, stocked site in line with company standards.
• Foster relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Perform financial analyses to maximize sales and profits.
• Lead site communications and periodic meetings with the Market Manager.
