Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. This role focuses on supervising staff, delivering excellent customer service, and driving store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; retail management experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Develop leaders, empower employees, and focus on retention.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and ensure product availability.
• Communicate effectively and use Microsoft Office tools.
