7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Leader, oversee customer service, training, and coaching, and help drive daily store performance.

This full-time role emphasizes merchandising, loyalty programs, cash handling, health and safety, and a focus on promoting from within. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; experience in retail management is valued.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all staff.
• Strong focus on retaining qualified employees and developing leaders to boost productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs across the store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service alongside the Store Leader and coach staff.
• Identify and develop leaders to improve retention and performance.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs in-store.
• Handle cash transactions and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and keep products in stock.
• Demonstrate strong communication and basic computer skills (Word/Excel).
• Maintain a valid driver’s license as required.
• Multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
