Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in sales, appearance, and operations to train for future management.
• Supervise store and HUB team members; coordinate with district and store managers.
• Recruiting, interviewing, evaluating, and promoting staff; handle disciplinary actions.
• Support hiring processes with scheduling and candidate evaluation.
• Oversee safety compliance and staff training across all areas.
• Make sales calls; may schedule weekly customer calls.
• Maintain delivery fleet records and keep store neat and organized.
• Monitor gross profit components and review KPI dashboards daily.
