Job summary

The role includes duties in merchandising, operations, and customer service, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager and opportunities for training and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Teammates; act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales.
• Recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.
• Assist with merchandising and store operations (cashiering, displays).
• Maintain cleanliness and routine upkeep of facilities.
