Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience working in a retail setting and/or successfully completed training for Store Assistant Manager.
• Ability to travel independently.
• Must demonstrate all Store Clerk duties and manage store activities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Available to help run a 24/7 operation and ensure proper staffing.
• Own reliable source of transportation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing the store and maximizing sales.
• Recruit and manage a team of sales-oriented clerks.
• Supervise employees in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Help manage labor and scheduling to minimize expenses.
• Assist in achieving sales goals from the business plan.
• Prepare and deliver bank deposits according to policy.
