Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college, or one year retail experience with one year supervisory experience, or two years general work experience with one year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and Authorized Training may be required.
• For facilities that sell ammunition and have state-specific requirements, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and communicating store direction.
• Drives store sales and financial performance by monitoring PL statements, budgeting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through the One Best Way service model and effective issue resolution.
• Promotes a culture of belonging and drives talent development and performance management.
