Job summary

Cumberland Farms is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate for our Navarre, FL location. You’ll greet guests, help with purchases, and keep the store stocked and organized. You will be cross-trained across store operations and have opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible scheduling may include part-time roles with weekend or holiday shifts; prior retail or guest service experience is a plus and ServSafe certification is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• Preferred experience: 3–6 months in retail or guest service.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• Stock shelves, brew coffee, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support store operations and assist the manager as needed.
