Cumberland Farms is seeking an associate to support store leadership, drive sales, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will assist in staffing, training, and supervising clerks while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role requires retail experience, willingness to work a 24/7 operation, and a reliable means of transportation. You will contribute to inventory control and store profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in a retail setting or completed Store Assistant Manager training program.
• Ability to travel independently.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift at least 25 lbs and perform duties with or without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, training, and managing a team of clerks.
• Coach and role-model customer service, pricing, and sales techniques.
• Supervise staff in the Store Manager’s absence and ensure fair, policy-driven supervision.
• Assist in labor scheduling to control costs while maintaining adequate staffing.
• Help achieve sales targets and maximize profitability; address shrink and losses.
