Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking ambitious individuals to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager you will help run a single location, hire and guide associates, and drive guest experiences while meeting financial goals.

We provide a 3+ week leadership training program, paid training, and a path for growth within Panda, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to contribute to community initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations and manage associates to hit financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership during shifts and ensure proper execution of service standards.
• Participate in leadership training program of 3+ weeks.
