Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda store, leading a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and achieve financial goals. You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and oversee hiring, management and direction of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Support training and development of team members through Panda leadership programs and hands-on coaching.
• Ensure consistent execution of operations and customer service standards to drive store success.
