Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda store and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program designed to prepare you for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Available for opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety certification (Serve Safe).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
