• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve targets and maintain service quality.
• Support the store leadership training program and participate in ongoing development.
