Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports to improve performance.
• Model company values to create teamwork and membership among employees.
• Monitor competitive environment and inform leadership of needed adjustments.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations on items to carry or discontinue.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel.
• Communicate weekly information, milestones, and concerns.
• Ensure adherence to inventory, product handling, and cash control policies.
• Resolve customer concerns in the absence of direct leadership.
• Identify hazards and maintain safe store conditions and equipment.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage.
• Assist with stock levels and product ordering.
• Merchandise products to maximize sales and ensure signage accuracy.
• Assist with payroll, budget, and loss control targets.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities with high customer service levels.
