Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience with P&L and safety exposure.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Positively shape the store culture and Sprouts values.
• Develop the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Lead a team of ~10 department managers and receivers.
• Oversee inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labeling, health, and sanitation standards.
• Direct operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach leaders and drive store sales and performance.
