Qualifications

• 1+ years retail experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to coach, motivate and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Keep the store organized, customer ready, and running smoothly.
• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures and take ownership.
• Leverage retail technology to enhance the customer experience.
