Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead a high-energy team in a dynamic sneaker retail environment. You’ll focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching staff on service and product knowledge, and driving store performance.

You will manage daily operations, uphold standards, and leverage retail technology to keep the store running smoothly. This role requires flexibility and a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership or key holder experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with energy and solutions to customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
