Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in West Fargo is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a sales floor and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach, mentor, and evaluate team performance, own daily operations, and collaborate with store leadership to meet and exceed targets. This role requires energy, integrity, and a proven ability to motivate others in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
