Responsibilities

• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with store manager guidance.
• Leads and develops store personnel; communicates responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Assists in developing action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Leads store tours during interview events and provides hiring recommendations.
• Schedules and ensures compliance with policies; manages weekly schedules in absence of store manager.
• Maintains merchandising standards and ensures loss prevention practices.
• Uses POS system to process purchases and monitor scanning issues.
• Stock shelves and assists with curbside pickup and order accuracy.
