Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or management experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop store personnel.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and control expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the store manager.
• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to store personnel.
• Assists in developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Leads store tours during interview events and provides hiring recommendations.
• Trains and develops store personnel to achieve maximum potential.
• Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures and safety standards.
