Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring; assigning duties; recognizing performance.
• Leads and develops teams by mentoring, coaching, and communicating company priorities to stores and associates.
