Boot Barn in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service, leading partners on the sales floor, and achieving store sales goals. You will help manage merchandising, operations, and daily routines to create a welcoming shopping environment.

This role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, training, and collaboration with District and Store Support Center partners, with opportunities for growth and community engagement

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible scheduling with extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores.
