Boot Barn in McAllen, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to drive exceptional customer service, merchandising standards and sales results on a day-to-day basis.

You will coach partners, manage priorities, and help implement policies while supporting continuous learning and local community outreach. This role is a path toward broader store leadership within Boot Barn’s growing network.

Formación

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Review goals with partners and provide coaching, feedback and recognition.
• Develop team members and training plans to improve store performance.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on scheduling, onboarding, and policy updates.
• Plan and execute community outreach and volume driving events.
• Ensure adherence to merchandising standards and inventory procedures.
