Job summary

Boot Barn in Utah seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in cultivating a high-energy, service-driven environment that supports the Boot Barn Mission, Vision and Values, while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach partners, manage daily operations, drive sales goals, oversee merchandising and inventory, and collaborate with District leadership to strengthen community engagement and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Review goals with partners, providing coaching, feedback, and recognition of excellence; be present on the sales floor during peak hours.
• Implement and maintain an environment of continuous learning and assist with partner training plans to improve store performance and merchandising.
