Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Beaverton, OR to support the Store Manager in driving sales and leading a team. This non-exempt role emphasizes customer service, merchandising standards, and operations excellence.

You will collaborate with leadership to create a high-performing environment, coach partners, and implement company policies and procedures while engaging with the local community to grow mixed traffic and loyalty participation.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Provide coaching and recognition, and be present on the sales floor during peak hours.
• Support partner training plans to improve store performance across operations and merchandising.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to adapt to changing business needs and adjust schedules.
• Assess localized customer needs and communicate them to the Store Manager.
• Plan and execute volume-driving events that engage the local community.
• Coach associates in customer engagement with Boot Barn Credit Card and Loyalty programs.
• Ensure merchandise stock levels, adjacencies, presentations, and signing meet customer needs.
