Job summary

Walmart in Collierville, TN is seeking a store leadership professional to teach, mentor, and lead teams across store operations. You will oversee customer service initiatives, community outreach, and ensure policies are followed to provide a high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and listening to associates about store operations and feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions and inventory flow for the store.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and recruit qualified staff.
