• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and listening to associates, guiding store operations and change initiatives.
• Drives store sales and financial performance by monitoring budgets, forecasts and expenses while ensuring proper merchandising and inventory flow.
• Provides supervision and development for hourly associates, hiring, mentoring, setting expectations and promoting a culture of belonging.
• Ensures compliance with policies, ethics and integrity, and supports Walmart's mission and values.
