Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, help customers, and organize merchandise across the store floor and stockroom while maintaining seasonal displays.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal and written skills, with prior store management experience preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the position is full-time with a benefits
