Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to support store operations and merchandising under the Store Manager. You will coach the team, drive sales, manage expenses, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across in-store and online channels.

The role includes succession planning, leadership development, and the potential to advance to Store Manager within 12 months. You will collaborate with a passionate team to achieve goals and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• College preferred.
• Ability to relocate for a Store Manager position preferred.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
• A valid driver's license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to ascend/descend a ladder and stock products.
