Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Westminster, CO. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success.

You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to achieve financial goals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to reach financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
