Responsibilities

• Leverage department selling behaviors to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Support sales leader during non-peak hours with the customer as the primary focus.
• Support store leadership by collaborating effectively with employees and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Support completion of work before or after store hours, including opening/closing checklists.
• Utilize omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
