Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including holiday, evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and employees with respect and foster a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by informing customers about our loyalty programs.
• Model selling behaviors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Support sales leader during non-peak hours with the customer as the focus.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Develop knowledge of the product lifecycle and usage.
• Assist with opening/closing checklists and after-hours tasks as needed.
• Leverage omni-channel channels for a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.
