Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in running daily store operations, driving sales and profitability through merchandising, cost control and inventory management.

You will train and develop the store team, manage HR tasks, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility to work across multiple stores in the district and a 40-hour workweek are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in retail management.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
