Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service. You will train staff, manage expenses, and oversee inventory and shrink within the district.

You will lead merchandising execution, enforce policies, and assist in performance reviews while maintaining an energetic, professional store environment. This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in retail management.
• Excellent command of the English language to communicate with management, associates and customers.
• Demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy in professional settings.
• Ability to think strategically, plan and organize effectively.
• Maintains professionalism in all situations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to summarize data for reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Recruit, select, train and develop store personnel.
• Support performance evaluations for all store employees.
• Assist with expense management and budget alignment.
• Monitor shrink, loss, and inventory controls to meet company goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards and uphold customer service.
