Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. in New Jersey seeks a capable Key Holder to join our Pet Care Center team. You will support store leadership, open and close the store, and serve as a point of contact when management is not present.

This role emphasizes on-floor leadership, problem-solving, and delivering a great experience for customers and pets. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience required; key holder or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash and transactions.
• Reliable, responsible, and detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Help lead store operations and ensure smooth daily performance.
• Open and close the store following procedures and security protocols.
• Serve as a point of contact when management is not present on shift.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers and assist with issue resolution.
• Support training of new partners and uphold merchandising standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and cash handling accuracy.
