You will supervise partners, open/close the store, handle cash, and support leadership during shifts. Prior retail experience and strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills are required.

Formación

• Previous retail experience required, key holder or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash and transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store while following all cash handling and safety protocols.
• Supervise partners on the floor and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and store cleanliness.
• Support store leadership and act as the on-floor contact in their absence.
