Job summary

Target Stores Executive Leadership internship in Oklahoma provides a paid 40 hr/week program to develop and prepare you for store leadership. You will work with mentors and managers across the store to learn how Target's retail business operates and how to excel in an ETL role over a defined period of time.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Spending time on the store salesfloor and backroom leading team members and aligning on daily priorities.
• Partnering with leaders to set goals and expectations and deliver daily priorities.
• Leading daily huddles and presenting results to peers and leadership.
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience by empowering team members to solve guest needs.
