Job summary

Target is offering a paid Stores Executive Intern program in Moore, OK. This 40‑hour per week internship provides hands‑on leadership training and a realistic preview of the Executive Team Leader role, with mentors guiding you through multiple store areas and daily operations.

You will learn guest service, store performance, and team leadership, while developing skills for advancement in retail management within a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong interest in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Spending time on the store salesfloor and backroom leading team members and aligning the team on daily business priorities.
• Working alongside your ETL mentor and other leaders to gain understanding of roles.
• Leading through daily priorities (stocking, welcoming environment, displays).
• Partnering with leaders regarding team member performance and delivering feedback.
• Addressing team member concerns and removing hurdles to ensure smooth operations.
• Leading/delivering at daily huddles with leadership team.
