Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends.
• Past leadership roles in work or extracurricular activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day operations within the store.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet or exceed customer service and sales goals.
• Support department in achieving sales, maintaining shrink, and managing the P&L.
• Promote safe work environment and ensure Meijer standards are met.
