Qualifikationen

• Experiential program designed for students in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Ability to work flexible shifts to gain full store exposure.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred but not required.
• Past leadership roles in work or extracurricular activities are strongly preferred.
• Passion for retail and store leadership as a career.

Aufgaben

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve customer service and sales.
• Ensure store appearance aligns with company standards and prime shopping hours.
• Support achievement of sales goals and manage shrink and P&L responsibilities.
• Lead by example with exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
