Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
• Support department in achieving sales, maintaining shrink, and managing the P&L.
• Model exceptional, fast and friendly customer service, mentoring team members to achieve sales goals.
• Spend majority of time within the store communicating with customers and team members to ensure exceptional service is delivered.
