Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor to lead daily store operations and inspire a high‑performing team. You will drive exceptional customer service, manage schedules, and contribute to store profitability through effective merchandising and promotions.

In this role, you’ll oversee inventory, training, and team development, while ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety standards. The position includes bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail Store Manager or similar role with sales targets & team management.
• Strong leadership with communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric with emphasis on delivering outstanding service.
• Analytical: analyze sales data, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends & holidays.
• Tech-savvy in retail software and basic computer applications.
