The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking dynamic store leaders to drive daily operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. As an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor, you will guide a high-energy team, manage performance, and contribute to store growth.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, optimize merchandising, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining health & safety standards. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to analyze sales data and drive decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
